July 2009: AMA present evidence at the A380 South Devon Link Road Public Inquiry

AMA Managing Director, Andrew McCarthy, recenlty appeared as the ecology expert witness for Devon County Council at a Public Inquiry into Compulsory Purchase Orders/Side Road Orders for the A380 South Devon Link Road (Kingskerswell by-pass), which ran during the first half of July 2009. 

Andrew presented evidence based on several years of baseline survey on a range of target species, including bats (in particuler Lesser Horseshoe bats) birds (including the nationally scarce Cirl bunting), reptiles, badgers and otters.

AMA are currenlty refining the mitigation and monitoring design plan and will present these to the LPA in the form of a Strategy Document at the end of September 2009.
