Our land management team is able to undertake a wide range of ground works, both during and post development. This not only builds on the ecological services that the practice already offers, but helps to minimise client costs by providing a single seamless service.

- Reptile and newt barrier fencing
- Destructive searches for protected species
- Tree planting, hedgerow establishment and pond creation
- Footpath and boardwalk installation
- Woodland management, including coppicing and pollarding
- Watching brief supervision for European protected species, reptiles and birds
- Vegetation clearance including hedge-bank excavation
This new venture compliments our existing technical expertise in baseline survey, habitat assessment and EIA. It enables us to offer a much more cost effective service when delivering mitigation, as the supervising ecologist and land management teams can travel and work together. Providing a single point of delivery for ecology and land management will simplify your contracting procedures and should enable you to make substantial time and cost savings.
